Fast, friendly service. My husband and I tried the beef pho soup and the shrimp cold roll and they were both excellent. I got curious of the Vietnamese coffee, it's iced coffee and I'm glad I tried it. Delicious!
Minh’s is one of the top pho places I’ve been to! It’s truly worth a try. The food is of highest quality, tastes delicious, and the portions are large. We left very full and satisfied. It was so good especially after a day full of skiing and being cold. A hot bowl of Pho from Minh’s is exactly what you need. The interior decor was also super cute, what a lovely place! The vermicelli meat was SO DELICIOUS. Cooked perfectly and had so much flavour. The beef in the noodle soup was also so delicious I loved it. Usually pho places don’t have this good quality meat, but Minh’s truly showed up. The price point is a little on the expensive side, with 20 for a regular bowl of pho. But because of the quality of the food, it’s definitely worth the price if it’s in your budget. The service was a little on the slow side, because there was only one server. But again, the food was just really good that it was worth the wait. Please come here if you want a nice bowl of pho! Just a small thing that bothered me a little bit was the fact that the menu was pretty limited, and they didn’t have many choices. But it still suffices!
This simple and inviting place has some of the best food I’ve had in a while - taste and freshness deserve 5 stars. We tried the crispy egg noodles with chicken, shrimp and chive dumplings, sticky rice in lotus leaf, and soup dumplings. We also got a Vietnamese coffee and it was literally the best I’ve ever had. Service was fast and easy. Place was clean and comfortable with nice decor. Highly recommend!
My SO and I keep coming back for the amazing Pho! She loves the Pho Tai (P2) and I love the Pho Đac Biet (P1) - we just can't get enough! On top of the delicious tastes, the portion sizes of the Pho are very generous; sometimes we just share just one. We always split a Goi Cuon Chay (A5) and their included Peanut Sauce is to die for! Over the years, I've also had a chance to order assorted Dim Sum, Broken Rice and Banh Mi and all of them were straight fire If you're in the mood for Vietnamese cuisine, I would 100% recommend giving Minh's a try!
